1. When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after placement. Orders made before 23:00 GMT are handled the same day (Mon–Fri). Orders placed on weekends are processed on the next business day.
2. How long does delivery take?
Our average delivery time is between 4-7 business days, depending on your location. All orders are shipped with tracking. We're a small team and do our best, thank you for your patience.
3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all orders. Optional shipping insurance is available at checkout for added peace of mind.
4. Can I cancel my order after purchasing?
Cancellations are possible within 24 hours after placing your order. After this window, the order is already in transit. You’re still welcome to return the item within 30 days once it arrives.
5. What if I missed my delivery or didn’t pick it up?
If a parcel remains unclaimed for 7 days, it’s considered undeliverable. We reserve the right to store, resell or dispose of the package. Additional handling or storage costs may apply.
6. Can I track my order?
