1. What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible.
2. How do I start a return?
Simply email us at support@luminza.co.uk with your order number. We'll send you the return address and form to include in your package.
3. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a registered shipping method with tracking.
4. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
